PROCESSING/SHIPPING ORDERS

The Root Cellar is a family owned and operated small business in Minocqua, WI, located in the center of Wisconsin's Northwoods. After 17 years in business it still operates out of the original store and it’s corps of faithful and knowledgeable employees, including family members, not only assist customers in the store, they also process all the orders.

Recently the Root Cellar has restructured order processing. Orders can be placed seven days a week. However, they are now processed on Saturdays and Sundays only. All orders are shipped promptly on Monday from our Minocqua location.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. When warranted, orders may be shipped UPS. You will be contacted if we feel this is a better choice.

$25 - $50 $7.50
$50 - $75 $8.50
$75 - $100 $10.50
Over $100 $14.50 +

Expected Delivery
5 - 10 business days from date of order.
