Return Policy

If you purchase a product from us and are unhappy with it, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund. Below are our return policy guidelines:

Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Your item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and free of damage. Please specify why you are returning the items and if you want a refund or you plan to exchange.

If you return an item that has been used in any way, it will be shipped back to you and you will be charged for the return shipping.

*If there is a mistake and the wrong item is sent to you and therootcellar.com is at fault, you will be credited a full refund immediately when the item is returned to us, including the return shipping. You must provide a paper copy of the return shipping amount in order to receive a refund for return shipping charges. You may fax us a copy of the shipping charges to 715-358-3601 or send it to the address below.
